UPVC Door Panel Bonding Tapes

We offer our ProLINK 1500R  and FoamLINK 1603H+  for the UPVC Door Panel application. We have supplied these tapes into the UPVC Door Panel manufacturers in the UK & Europe for over 20 years.

The ProLINK 1500R was specifically developed for this demanding application, so the performance characteristics are tailored to bond to UPVC Polypropylene, Styrene and other hard to adhere plastics, due to overall high performance and extreamly strong bond, the ProLINK 1500R eradicates the need for a silicon cap and will provide a 100% waterproof bond.

Our FoamLINK 1603H+ is a high performance PE foam tape with a specific modified acrylic adhesive system allowing it to provide a ultimate bond to UPVC Polypropylene, Styrene and other hard to adhere plastics. We still recommend to silicon cap when using the FoamLINK 1603H+ but provides high levels of initial tack making glazing a easy and quicker option than silicon’s or sealants.

UPVC Door Panel Tape range:

• ProLINK 1500R – High performance, clear, 1.5mm thick, Pure Acrylic Tape, blue filmic release line
• FoamLINK 1603H+ – 1.6mm thick, PE Foam with a Modified Acrylic Adhesive, in White or Black with a amber paper or filmic release liner

• It has a fantastic initial tack
• Modified acrylic adhesive system coated onto a PE foam
• Temperature resistance of -40°C to 90°C
• Easy to remove paper or filmic release liner
• Still need to Silicone Cap when using the FoamLINK 1603H+
• Available in Black or White with either a amber paper (hand tear able) or blue filmic (durable) release liner
